The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation presents the Mi carpeta Ciudadana App, a convenient and efficient tool for citizens to interact with Public Administrations from a single platform.

With Mi carpeta Ciudadana, you can access your personal information and track your procedures with different Public Administrations in one place.

The app offers various features and functionalities:

• Home Page: Provides notifications of pending electronic notifications and connects with the Dirección Electrónica Habilitada Única (DEHú). It also offers a customisable summary of your personal situation, notices, calendar appointments, and direct access to recently accessed services and generated documents.
• Calendar: Displays alerts for pending procedures with administrations, such as ID card expiration, electronic certificates, passport, driving license, and vehicle inspections. It also includes previous appointments with different administrations for document issuance, immigration, registration assistance offices, government delegations and sub-delegations, civil registries, judicial offices, and other gradually added agencies.
• My Folder: Provides access to personal data from state, regional, and local administrations. This includes information on social benefits (paternity, maternity, retirement, minimum vital income), real estate, driving license points, vehicles and inspections, educational qualifications (both university and non-university), criminal records status, large family status, disability information, registration and university enrollment details, dependency level, and work history. Selected data can be downloaded in PDF or QR format. This section will be continually updated.
• My Documents: Direct access to all previously generated documents from the My Folder section. Documents can be shared via a link and tracking of access is available. Users can also delete documents at any time.
• My Files: Access to your ongoing files in various Public Administrations. Currently connected with most agencies of the General State Administration and 11 Autonomous Communities.
• Services: Enables document submission to the General Electronic Registry, consultation of granted or received proxies in My Proxies, and discovery of other public apps through the application search function.
• Configuration: Allows users to set preferences, manage a personal photo, and receive email and mobile notifications for appointments and document expiration alerts (e.g., ID card, passport, driving license, vehicle inspections). Access to Mi carpeta Ciudadana is secure using the Cl@ve platform credentials, which are widely used in electronic public services of Spanish public administrations.
